Day 01: Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater
Leave Arusha in the morning and proceed to Ngorongoro Simba camp arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in the crater. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Simba campsite.

The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena. It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals. Ngorongoro and other freestanding mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the fracturing process that created the Rift valley 15 to 20 million years ago. When it peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.

Day 02: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara
After breakfast leave with picnic lunch for Lake Manyara. Afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Jambo campsite.
The Lake Manyara National park is serene and beautiful with main attractions of a rich bird life, tree-climbing lions, its elephants, and hippos that you can see at closer range than most other places. Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake and at certain times of the year hosts thousands of flamingos and a diversity of other bird life. Although it is one of the smallest parks, its vegetation is so diverse enabling it to host a variety of wildlife habitats.

Day 03: Lake Manyara - Arusha
after an early morning game drive, breakfast and return to Arusha where the safari ends.

Day 2 Selous - Zanzibar
In the morning short game drive, then transfer to the airport, flight to Zanzibar or Dar (Coastal 0945hrs 1045).

Day 1 Zanzibar – Ruaha National Park
After breakfast depart from Zanzibar (or Dar) airport to Ruaha (Coastal 0800hrs1100). Transfer to the lodge. Afternoon game viewing activity (like game drive of walking Safari). Dinner and overnight at Mdonya Old River or Ruaha River Lodge, (depending on vacancies). All meals included.

Day 2 Ruaha National Park
Ruaha, with an area of 10,300sq.km. Is the second largest park, and second largest elephant sanctuary in Tanzania. The great Ruaha River that flows along its entire eastern border, creating spectacular gorges and scenery, features a large number of hippos and crocodiles. The wide variety of animals include Greater and Lesser Kudu, roan and sable antelope. Bird life is rich, with over 370 species recorded. Dinner and overnight at Mdonya Old River or Ruaha River Lodge, (depending on vacancies). All meals included.

Day 3 Ruaha National Park - Zanzibar
In the morning transfer to the airport, flight to Zanzibar or Dar (Coastal 1145hrs 1420).
